Equitable Health Access Initiative conducted Advocacy Communication and Social Mobilization (ACSM) at Adedoja Community, Mushin LGA, Lagos State on November 5th, 2020 for the TB-LON 3 Project. The activity was designed towards enlightening Mushin community members about the epidemiology of Tuberculosis, its method of diagnosis and treatment.
Participants were screened and the sputum samples of identified presumptive cases were collected for diagnosis. The attendees included community influencers and focal persons, traditional birth attendants, market traders, religious leaders, community development association members, artisans and traditional nurses.
