INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDING

• All bids must be type written.
• All enquiries regarding the proposed application for the above should be directed to our Procurement unit.
• Bids must be scanned in PDF format.
• Either dollar or Naira prices will be accepted in the submitted quotation.
• Contractors must provide Performance bond from a reputable Insurance company for jobs above 2.5million Naira or its dollar equivalent.
• Bids should be submitted to the email ‘’procurement@ehainigeria.org’’ on or before the specified deadline.

Note: Bids, which must reach us within 14days from the date of this publication, should have the Bid title as the subject of the email.
