Our cutting edge training programs are aimed at improving the capabilities, capacity, performance and productivity of healthcare workers according to national and international standards. This enhances the provision of quality healthcare service delivery and successful program implementation.
The organization is equipped with internationally trained, highly knowledgeable and skilled staff with years of experience in capacity building and project management in the public health sector. These skills and knowledge empowers us to offer a unique combination of didactic and practical capacity building services. We are adept at providing onsite mentoring and preceptorship services. EHAI also engages in the design and implementation of collaborative trainings with renowned professional and capacity building organizations such as the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria (IHVN) and the Center for Clinical Care and Research in Nigeria (CCCRN).
The organization is pioneering a revolutionary Clinical Quality Improvement Training program designed for upper and mid-level health care workers in Hospitals Management Board, Ministries of Health and Government owned Public Health Facilities. This training program, led by our Harvard Trained Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist, is aimed at introducing and entrenching Quality Improvement initiatives into everyday clinical practice in Nigeria.
Since inception, EHAI has facilitated the training of over 171 doctors, 335 Nurses, 97 pharmacists, 240 medical record staff and 202 other healthcare workers. Thematic areas include clinical practice as well as Monitoring and Evaluation at both facility and program level.
