Instructions for Bidding
- All bids must be typewritten.
- All bids must be for the procurement of products (Inverter and Lithium batteries) from Simba Group.
- There must be an MOU between the vendor and Simba group containing details of Warranty, Maintenance and Repair Clause, etc.
- All enquiries regarding the proposed application for the above should be directed to our Procurement unit.
- The Request for Quotation template is obtainable by emailing rlonge@ehainigeria.org with the subject ‘’RFQ’’.
- Bids must be scanned in PDF format.
- Contractors must provide a Performance bond from a reputable Insurance company for jobs exceeding 5 million Naira.
- Bids should be submitted to the email ‘’rlonge@ehainigeria.org’’ on or before the specified deadline.
Note: Bids, which must reach us within the specified bid opening and deadline date, should have the Bid title as the subject of the email.
