Our Organization, Equitable Health Access Initiative (EHAI), is an indigenous non-governmental organization fully committed to positively impacting the human race through the implementation of highly innovative programs and projects that enhance positive, healthy, and productive living. EHAI is seeking to employ a Sexual and Gender-Based Violence First Consultant who will have the responsibility of developing a training manual, training SGBV first responders, coaching the trained responders, and creating content for the REST website as well as mobile App on The Grand Canada Challenges grant in order to meet program objectives.

LOCATION: Lagos State
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
The SGBV consultant will work with other team members to provide technical expertise in the development of a training curriculum and other training materials, remotely provide 24/7 Psychological first aid and effectively link survivors of SGBV to appropriate management across all intervention platforms on the REST project. The SGBV first responders will be responsible for Picking calls, responding real time on the website chatbot, and providing necessary information and guidance to women and girls.
