Work Hours shall be: 8:00am to 5.00pm daily (Monday to Thursday), 8:00am to 2.00pm daily (Fridays)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Purpose of the Position:
To support the rapid scale-up of tuberculosis (TB) case detection, diagnosis, and treatment in EHAI-supported Local Government Areas (LGAs) across Lagos and Ogun States through effective supervision, mentoring, data management, and program coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day field activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery of activities according to workplans.
Community childhood TB case-finding i. Formal schools TB screening ii. Informal schools TB screening iii. House-to-house childhood ACF iv. Children focused ACF in communities v. Integration of TB ACF into other children focused health programs.
Liaise with community leaders, local CBOs, volunteers, and partner organizations for community activities.
Track progress against indicators, collect relevant data, and maintain accurate documentation.
Assist with reporting requirements to donors and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with grant guidelines.
Maintain files, documentation, and activity records in alignment with organizational policies.
