Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and versatile Marketing & Communications personnel with strong digital skills to lead our outreach efforts. This role combines marketing strategy, digital content creation, branding, and engagement.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can wear multiple hats—developing campaigns, designing content, managing digital platforms, and generating innovative ideas to promote our programs, products (including apps and websites), and public health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (Highlights)

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
  • Create engaging content across multiple platforms
  • Design visual materials (flyers, social media graphics, etc.)
  • Manage and grow online presence and brand visibility
  • Plan and promote events (webinars, campaigns, engagement sessions)
  • Support transition to a sustainable, revenue-driven model

Detailed Responsibilities

  1. Marketing & Strategy
  • Develop and implement cost-effective marketing strategies for organizational projects (apps, websites, programs)
  • Identify target audiences and tailor messaging for impact
  • Support brand positioning as a leader in digital health access
  1. Digital Marketing
  • Manage social media platforms (content scheduling, engagement, analytics)
  • Run basic campaigns (organic and low-budget paid promotions if needed)
  • Optimize online visibility and audience reach
  1. Content Creation
  • Create compelling written and visual content (posts, blogs, newsletters)
  • Develop storytelling approaches to communicate impact and attract partners/users
  • Translate public health concepts into accessible, engaging messages
  1. Design & Branding
  • Design flyers, banners, and promotional materials
  • Maintain visual consistency across all platforms
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and branding
  1. Engagement & Campaigns
  • Plan and execute webinars, online sessions, and community engagement activities
  • Propose innovative ideas for audience growth and interaction
  • Monitor engagement metrics and improve strategies accordingly

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong digital marketing and social media management skills
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
  • Content creation and storytelling ability
  • Basic understanding of branding and audience engagement
  • Ability to interpret social and behavioral insights for communication strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience & Qualifications

  • Background in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related field
  • Demonstrable portfolio of previous work (content, campaigns, designs, etc.)
  • Experience in digital marketing and content creation (NGO experience is an advantage but not required)
  • Familiarity with health, social impact, or development sectors is a plus

Work Structure

  • Primarily remote work
  • Occasional physical meetings (no more than twice per month)
