Equitable Health Access Initiative (EHAI) Nigeria is a Tech-Driven Non-Governmental Organization; fully committed to positively impacting humanity through research, training, and implementation of innovative public health projects in the control of Infectious diseases. We are focused on supporting the Government of Nigeria at the Federal and State level in building a high-performing sustainable health system to ensure that Nigerians, especially those living in rural and underserved areas, have access to affordable, equitable, and quality healthcare services in Nigeria.
This Position is open to all qualified candidates
Work Hours shall be: 8:00am to 5.00pm daily (Monday to Friday)

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Management – Coordinate data collection to monitor performance and ensure timely compilation and reporting of data. Conduct visits to selected LGA structures on the ACE 6 Project to ensure routine data entry from the field to approved ePlatforms on daily basis (EIR).
- Data Quality Assurance – Perform data quality checks and conduct regular data quality checks to ensure the accuracy of all reported data, working closely with all the LGA coordinators.
- Reporting and presentation – Prepare regular reports on data collection progress, clearly showing achievements and quality metrics on the ACE 6 Project
- Project Implementation – Support the implementation of project requirements to strengthen EHAI’s achievement in line with ACE 6 requirements.
- Collaboration and Community Engagement – Work closely with PHC staff to build positive relationships and ensure smooth data collection processes
MAIN SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Must have a computer system.
- Must be knowledgeable in the use of computer-based applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in epidemiology and Health Management Information Systems.
- Demonstrated skills in monitoring and evaluation.
- Ability to facilitate and lead training on various data collection processes and Data Quality Assessment (DQA).
- Energetic, self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with leadership and teaching capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage technical projects involving various non-profits and social service agencies.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new skills and software.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in oral and written communication in English.
