Instructions to Bidding
- All bids must be type written.
- All enquiries regarding the proposed application for the above should be directed to our Procurement unit.
- The Request for Quotation template is obtainable by emailing uumeozulu@ehainigeria.org with the subject ‘’RFQ’’.
- Bids must be scanned in PDF format.
- Contractors must provide Performance bond from a reputable Insurance company for jobs above 2.5million Naira.
- Bids should be submitted to the email ‘’uumeozulu@ehainigeria.org’’ on or before the specified deadline.
Note: Bids, which must reach us within 4 days from the date of this publication, should have the Bid title as the subject of the email.
