INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDING
- All bids must be in ink or type written; submission in pencil will not be accepted.
- All enquiries regarding the proposed application for the above should be directed to our Procurement unit or to the various State Team Leads of EHAI.
- The request for quotation template is obtainable at our state offices.
- Bids must be properly sealed.
- Bids should be submitted to the head office through our state offices on or before the specified deadline.
- Duration of Lease if from March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022.
Note: Bids, which must reach us within two weeks from the date of this publication, should have the Bid title, state and CBO written on the “Top Left-Hand Corner” of the envelope.
