EHAI is currently part of the consortium, with Institute of Human Virology Nigeria (Principal Recipient) and Society for Family Health (Sub-Recipient) implementing the USAID TB LON 3 Project in Lagos and Ogun States. We are functioning as the Implementing Entity on this consortium responsible for all Community based activities on the project. A summary of our activities on the TB LON 3 Project in States are:

  1. Case Finding: Participate in Hot Spot Mapping; Active Case Search; Contact Investigation and Management; Conduct Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilization (ACSM) Activities; Conduct Community Outreaches; and Expand Access to Preventive TB Services.
  2. Case Holding: Support and Strengthening of TB Service Delivery System; Conduct DR-TB Support Group Meetings; and Coordinate Treatment Supporter Activities.
Activity Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning: Timely submission of accurate data and reports
