Instructions to Bidding
- All bids must be in ink or type written; submission in pencil will not be accepted.
- All enquiries regarding the proposed application for the above should be directed to EHAI Procurement unit or to the various State Team Leads of EHAI.
- The Request for Quotation template is obtainable at EHAI state offices for completion by each bidding contractor.
- Bids must be properly sealed.
- Contractors must provide Performance bond from a reputable Insurance company for jobs above 2.5million Naira.
- Bids should be submitted to EHAI head office through state offices on or before the specified deadline.
Note: Bids, which must reach EHAI Head Office within two weeks from the date of this publication. should have the Bid title, state and CBO written on the “Top Left-Hand Corner” of the envelope.
